Summer bootleg house (Deep)
  • michael jackson ''remember the time'' (2003) ***
    white label
Classis one taken from the 1991 Dangerous album, freshed up with some house beats. No + no -. (I remember how I loved the vocals in the track back in 1992)

  • michael jackson ''billy jean'' vs whitney houston ''it's not right'' *
    white label
A dreadful bore record. This isn't right and isnt o.k. The idea mixing Jacko and Whitney is so average, it sounds like the first try of a 14 y old bedroom DJ.

  • prince ''let's work'' (dark dancer rmx) / prince ''soul jammings'' ***
    white label
breaky 80's, you should play this record if you wanna turn the 80's oldies party on.

  • diskaos ''preachers man'' (phat &phunky remix) ****
    dikaos@hotmail.com
loveley track. really fat and funky.I should recommend this record for people they wanna make a trendy party for friends from the faculty of arts.

  • twist vs diana ross upside down / nicensmoove running freak (2003) ***
    white label
average summer souse record. maybe i've been expecting more of that diana ross remix. next one please.

  • bootyshaker: bootyshaker 2003 vol 2 ****
    (unknown label)
    Bitter Sweet Seduction
    Heavy D acappella
    Heavy Luvin
    JB Shake (BS 002)

Oh I loved this one as well. There's the first track made from Felix the Housecat last years succes vs Grandmaster Flash oldies. And there's that sweet house hit. And the Heavy D acapella. Great record.

  • twisted funk vs farlez cant turn around / pulse 8 ****
    white label
"This white label works very well using a sample of Oliver Cheathams Get down saturday night, with the classic house vocal over the top." I agree.

  • j-walk: another lover *****
    warner
    A1 influx remix
    AA1 rjd2 remix
    AA2 rjd2 instrumental
one of the greatest leftfield releases of the year. smooth soulful vocals by Pete Simspon. slow, clever downtempo, rjd2 knows how to do it. (on side ''A'' there's some dNb version for the teens.) it should have been probably the choice of the day, but there were that white labeled one...

  • colonel abrahams vs evil 9: trapped (2003) *****
    white label
iZborn's choice. Awesome track. Energic, massive beats forced up with one of the blackest voices of the 80's Colonel Abrahams. It's like celebrating a breakbeat-gospel mass, with the hands in the air, reverend abrahams makes the gospel-party goin mad. I'm so proud of this vinyl. And yeah, I'VEGOT IT!!!
